Our Mission
Women with Ambition is a network of professional Irish and Irish American women—unified by unapologetic ambition, strengthened through supportive collaboration, and empowered to courageously take action to embrace all opportunities for limitless professional and personal growth.
Through small, action-based group discussions, as well as panel discussions and larger networking events, Women with Ambition provides a space for mid-career and senior Irish and Irish American women working and living in the New York/Tri-State area to connect more deeply, form a meaningful network, and take some time to focus on intentional self-development.
The power of women coming together to confidentially communicate and celebrate career goals, successes and ambitions strongly affirms the key role women can play in enriching each other’s careers.

Our Goals
Women with Ambition aims to cultivate a supportive community of mid-career Irish women with a shared mindset to overcome challenges, learn and grow together, and become the best version of themselves.
Irish and Irish American women working in Corporate America contribute to so many diverse companies and industries, but we are often affected by the same set of challenges in our desire to grow and achieve our true potential.
“Ambition” is a label that Women with Ambition are proud of. We aim to confidently express our determination to reach our goals while lifting up other women, becoming close allies, and inspiring each other to set their goals high too.
